Zettl GmbH is represented at the trade fair for the first time. However, this is already the company's second trade fair appearance in Latin America this year. In August, the medium-sized company had already exhibited its products at the trade fair for mining and environmental technology in Belo Horizonte. Companies are now meeting at the "Waste Expo Brasil" trade fair to discuss the latest developments and technologies in the field of remediation and recycling. Zettl is responding to the needs of the markets and expanding its product portfolio to include technologies and equipment that are used to remediate or recycle critical waste materials. These include mercury-containing sludges, oily mineral sludges, drilling and grinding sludges and contaminated solids.

The so-called BPD technology is a new addition to the company's range. This is used to safely recover mercury. The Zettl NSP technology will also be presented. According to the company, it can be used to process radioactive nuclides that are produced in industry or come to the surface in mining and gas and oil extraction. So-called rotary kilns complement the product portfolio. These have proven themselves for the treatment of used tires, waste wood, composite materials, biomass and sewage sludge, among other things.
