ZETTL ETS® Mixer
Our mixers work according to the proven ZETTL-ETS® system and guarantee high mixing quality and product quality. They are used for the preparation of bulk materials such as powders and dusts, and also for fibres, pastes and slurries.
Mixing granulators were developed for continuous and discontinuous processing of slurries and dusts. In addition, they have been established for years in highly wear-resistant design for granulating sinter mixtures.
Process engineering tasks require materials that meet the requirements. Our machines can be manufactured from all weldable materials: Steel, stainless steel, duplex steel, Hastelloy, titanium and special materials. In addition, clad plates are used.
For highly abrasive applications, linings of hard metal clad steels and various plastic linings are used.
ZETTL-SPHERODUR® is used on particularly stressed areas such as mixing tools. Even under extreme conditions, we achieve 5 to 8 times longer service lives than with other carbide overlay welds.
ZETTL ETS® Granulator
Our mixers work according to the proven ZETTL-ETS® system and guarantee high mixing quality and product quality. They are used for the preparation of a wide variety of bulk materials, such as powders and dusts, as well as for fibres, pastes and slurries.
Depending on the task, process and throughput, the following mixers are used:
as batch mixer with sizes from BM 10 to BM 40000
as continuous mixer with sizes from BM 100 to CM 40000
ZETTL Mixing Granulators have been developed for continuous and discontinuous processing of industrial and municipal sludges and dusts.
Whether single-stage, continuous process for mixing and granulating or two-stage, patented process for continuous granulating of sludges and dusts - we manufacture the suitable machine according to customer requirements and application.
Our granulators are used in particular in the iron and steel industry as well as in metallurgy and environmental technology and ensure high throughput rates with low investment and operating costs at the same time. Throughput rates of up to 800 t/h are realized.
ZETTL machines have also proven themselves for the mixing and granulating of sinter mixtures. The raw materials used, but especially the sinter residue, are extremely abrasive and require, in combination with high throughput rates, a special heavy-duty equipment of the machines.
Linings made of hard metal-armoured steels and selected plastic alloys are used.
