ZETTL GmbH at the "Waste Expo Brasil" trade fair in Sao Paulo for the first time. Portfolio of environmental technology adapted to the needs of the markets. The main focus is on solutions for remediation and recycling and the treatment of NORM waste (Naturally Occuring Radioactive Material).
The "Waste Expo Brasil" trade fair is the largest and most comprehensive trade fair in Latin America for integrated waste management, recycling and energy recovery from waste. The trade fair takes place from October 22 to 24 in Sao Paolo, Brazil. ZETTL GmbH will be there for the first time. A wide range of companies will meet here to find out about the latest developments and technologies in the field of remediation and recycling.
ZETTL GmbH is responding to the needs of the markets and is expanding its product portfolio to include technologies and equipment for the remediation and recycling of critical types of waste materials such as sludges containing mercury, oily mineral sludges, drilling muds and NORM residues, grinding sludges, contaminated solids with and without a high liquid pollutant content.
The BPD technology (BATCH PROCESS DISTIL-LER) for safe mercury recovery is a new addition to the portfolio. The ZETTL NSP technology (NORM stabilization process), with which NORM residues are prepared for safe storage, is the latest addition. Rotary kilns complement the product portfolio with pyrolysis processes and the recycling of critical waste and have proven themselves for the treatment of used tires, waste wood, composite materials, biomass and sewage sludge.
ZETTL technologies contribute to cost-effective, environmentally friendly and sustainable operations. The medium-sized company has been active in mechanical and apparatus engineering for sixty years. ZETTL GmbH has its headquarters in Munich and two branches in central Germany (Berga, Dessau). The workforce of 27 engineers, technicians and employees generate an annual turnover of over 6 million euros. ZETTL GmbH is looking for qualified specialists such as CAD designers and project managers for order processing both at the Munich headquarters and at the Berga branch to support growth in the field of remediation and recycling technologies.
