BPD - Batch Process Distillator
Fully automatic and safe technology for mercury recovery
The batch distillers are designed for processing all types of lamp waste of lamp waste, electrical appliances, mercury button cell batteries,
thermometers as well as heavily mercury-contaminated waste with a higher content of organic substances such as mercury-zinc batteries, dental amalgam, medical waste, sludge and waste from the military and chemical industries.
The process is fully automatic, which makes it extremely safe and eliminates the risk of human error. All key operating parameters such as pressure, temperature and process time are adapted to the waste to be treated.
This enables optimum efficiency.
